and effectively act on behalf of your organisation in the coordination of Lost & Missing Person Search activity.

Topics covered will include:

• Planning the initial, developing and extended phases of search activity.
• Logistics and Resource oversight to ensure effective multi-disciplinary and multi-agency interoperability during search deployments.
• Administration and governance of search incidents.
• Ethical, International and National best practice guidelines in searches.
• The impact that the Human Element has upon operations and how it can be used to effectively inform post-incident reviews and root-cause analysis.
